Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Manage strategy that drives to plan goals. Create product road map in area of expertise for products driven by customer insight and research. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Management, Operations, or Analyst related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience with the following: Assessing and defining consumer segments for business opportunities; managing complex projects across a range of stakeholders; Operating within the regulatory environment and assessing risk for existing and future products and practices; Optimizing throughput opportunities using User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) methodologies; Utilizing Agile methodology to lead change management initiatives to define process requirements; User-acceptance testing, and post-implementation validation; Identifying opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, and observing workflows through the problem management process; Developing context across multiple complex projects, analyzing trends, and identifying system and process gaps; Developing feature level requirements for technology teams and guiding development of technical requirements; and Developing corrective action strategies and system updates to improve customer experience while maintaining system integrity and preventing future errors.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $179,192.00 to $270,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
