Automotive Sales Associate

Job Description:

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering a first-class dealership experience. No previous car sales experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Compensation:

This is a non-exempt, hourly position that pays $16.50/hour plus commissions and bonuses, with a monthly earning potential ranging from $3,000 to $12,000, depending on performance.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot

-Listen to customer needs and help identify the right vehicle options

-Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

-Guide customers through the sales and financing process

-Build strong customer relationships and follow up after the sale

Requirements:

-Must be at least 18 years old

-Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

-Must be able to work weekends and evenings
