Summary: The Account Manager, Matching Gifts and Corporate Foundations plays a key role in
supporting revenue growth by managing relationships and processes related to corporate
foundations, matching gifts, and third-party giving portals. This role ensures the timely and
accurate submission of funding requests, maintains high-quality data to maximize gift matching
opportunities, and generates regular reports to support regional and national fundraising
efforts. The Account Manager also partners closely with internal stakeholders and external
corporate partners to strengthen engagement, streamline submissions, and drive mission-
aligned revenue strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce and distribute weekly major gift opportunity reports for active campaign seasons, representing over $5M in potential revenue across multiple campaigns.
• Generate tailored opportunity reports for each campaign type (Light the Night, Big Climb, Athletics, Special Events, VOY/SVOY) to support real-time regional fundraising efforts.
• Ensure opportunity reports are posted on campaign-specific Drop pages and reflect a rolling 30-day timeframe to maintain current and actionable data for campaign leads.
• Manage corporate foundation submissions to maximize funding opportunities, identifying and preparing high-quality proposals for potential revenue generation of approximately $500K.
• Research and assess alignment between LLS programs and corporate foundation priorities to develop compelling submission strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and ensure timely, accurate, and strategic submission of corporate foundation proposals.
• Generate and send monthly reports on unknown employers to the CORS team for automated outreach and follow-up.
• Manage the submission of sponsorship and regional funding requests through third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform requirements.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and internal teams to track submission progress and address any issues or questions promptly.
• Contribute to securing approximately $450K in revenue through strategic use of third-party platforms, maximizing funding opportunities for LLS campaigns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.


Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4-6+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or nonprofit revenue generation, with a strong background in employee engagement and corporate foundation strategies.

• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with colleagues and external contacts, applying effective interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration.
• Maintains consistent performance under pressure and adapts to shifting priorities and demands.
• Aligns daily activities with LLS’s mission and revenue goals, ensuring smooth execution of fundraising initiatives and operational processes.
• Contributes to a positive team environment by offering support, sharing knowledge, and assisting with training and process improvements.
