Senior Software Developer – Quantico, VA OR Huntsville, AL 

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior   Software Developer to work onsite in Quantico, VA or Huntsville, Al. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance.

The Senior  Software Developer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and implementing software designed around a specific set of requirements or to use particular methodologies required to meet specific procedural requirements. The candidate will design software tools that include system calls to other third-party tools and utilities specified. The Developer will design, maintain, and implement original software applications from a high-level, non-specific set of concepts provided by the Government client. The successful candidate will develop software and applications of large and complex software and systems, and web-based query and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance

At least five (5+) years of experience in software development for systems in a production environment

Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks, such as C#, PowerShell, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), XML, Microservices Architecture, Angular, Javascript, HTML

Experience identifying technical strategies to interconnect disparate software applications

Ability to design and author original software applications and programs from observation of desired outcomes, workflows, or from vague original concepts

Able to implement solutions and identify operational or management issues

Experience with systems design, policy development, database development and management, and user interface development

Four-year degree program in software development, computer science, or related field; OR in lieu of education, 10 years of experience in software development for systems in a production environment
