Corebridge Financial Global Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Government Affairs department is comprised of attorneys and other professionals providing high quality advisory and transactional support with integrity and objectivity across all parts of the organization. The team ensures an operating environment that minimizes legal, regulatory and reputational risks and complies with all laws and regulations and Corebridge Financial policies & procedures. This is a global, diverse and award-winning team that has been recognized for its leadership and innovative solutions. You will also be able to participate in Corebridge Financial award-winning pro bono program.
About the role
As a Sr. Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for implementation of new regulatory requirements and remediation matters associated with the Regulatory Implementation Program.
Specific Responsibilities
- Complete thorough analysis of new state and federal regulations to be used as part of project management planning to ensure implementation is completed by compliance deadlines
- Collaborate with other Compliance Regulatory Implementation personal who support different parts of the L&R business to ensure alignment in regulatory implementation strategy
- Manage recurring meetings and working groups with various departments and with TPA Relationship Managers to discuss and report on current projects
- Track each project in a Compliance database and Archer database
- Provide regular updates to Compliance Management on status of all projects
- Assist with strategic project initiatives
- Provide Operational compliance support
- Complete due diligence requests submitted by distribution partners and respond to industry calls for information
- Maintain desktop procedures and enhance, as needed
What you need to know
- Program management experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, with the ability to shift priorities based on need
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Experience in creating dashboards, executive summaries, and reports to management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Power BI a plus
