Our GTM Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building the ultimate Go-to-Market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs at scale. As a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate in the XSaaS Planning & Performance team, you will be responsible for driving Strategic Projects that impact LinkedIn Sales Planning workstreams for both our SaaS lines of business, aiming to build scalable solutions that lead to increased efficiency from our commercial teams. You will also be responsible for implementing these solutions through the adequate means and drive buy-in from the Go-to-Market organization for its adoption.
This role requires both a strong organizational skillset in order to effectively manage multiple projects and workstreams at once, and excellent interpersonal abilities to drive buy-in and action from our colleagues. This individual needs to be comfortable working with ambiguity and different points of view in a large setting of stakeholders, some of them very senior in the organization.
As an ancillary function, this individual will also support manage LinkedIn SaaS semi-annual Sales Planning cycle, through which they will gain insight into the challenges impacting this group of processes and will be expected to leverage this experience to implement and improve the aforementioned Strategic Projects.
Responsibilities
Build, lead and provide recommendations on a variety of Strategic Projects that will shape LinkedIn’s Go-to-Market model and Sales Operations activities
Frequently lead high-impact meetings with senior stakeholders to drive forward both recommendations in Strategic Projects and ongoing Sales Planning workstreams
Establish strong working relationships with peers in other GTM Strategy & Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, product, finance, marketing, and systems teams) to achieve objectives
Help optimize and scale processes with automation in partnership with our cross-functional partners in technical teams
Perform complex data analysis and share insights by leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, D365 and SFDC
Act like an owner when required to drive certain parts of our Sales Planning processes – headcount, financial, territory, and quota planning
Contribute to the culture of the team by taking on projects to drive engagement and motivation within it
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related practical experience
4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, management consulting, or an analytical/operational role
4+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives
Project Management experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: expertise in data analysis and financial modelling
Experience in working with SQL/Presto, Anaplan, Tableau, PowerBI

The pay range for this role is $96,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
