As a Senior Product Designer, you'll help us move the healthcare ecosystem forward for patients and providers through accessible, inclusive, and thoughtful design. You’ll be responsible for leading design and research projects from ideation to implementation and contributing to the overall growth and success of the design team.
This is a remote role open to candidates in the US and will report to the Senior Director of Product Design.
You’re excited about this position because you will:
Take ownership of strategic, design-driven projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with the Senior Director of Product Design to drive key initiatives and customer-centered innovation
Work horizontally across our solution areas to craft a unified platform experience
Partner with product managers and engineers to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our products
Synthesize and communicate complex information at a strategic level using design tools such as journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes, while guiding cross-functional teams toward user-centered solutions
Execute end-to-end design initiatives across desktop, web, and native applications
Drive the strategy for evolving the design system to unify experiences and ensure consistency
Lead and participate in collaborative design sessions, workshops, and strategy discussions
Plan, conduct, and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative design research
Educate stakeholders about our design process to improve our ways of working
We’re excited about you because you have:
12-15+ years of product design experience at product-led organizations with a proven track record of leading high-impact design initiatives
Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
Demonstrated experience designing enterprise grade software that are still easy to use and maintain
Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
Deep curiosity and interest about healthcare
Familiarity with and experience working within Agile development methodology
Fluency in design tools such as Figma
Proficiency in Google Suite
You’ll stand out if you have:
Previous work history in healthcare, health and wellness, or health-tech products
Expertise with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, Javascript, and CSS
Experience building and maintaining a design system
Prior experience with 0-1 product initiatives
