Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the MVP launch, ensuring alignment between product vision, execution, and business outcomes.

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into an integrated program roadmap, balancing innovation speed with enterprise-grade delivery.

• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and Design to ensure cohesive execution.

• Act as Scrum Master for daily stand-ups and sprint cadences, while elevating the function into a strategic driver of priorities, tradeoffs, and dependencies.

• Establish and govern program management best practices, applying portfolio-level thinking to track risk, interlocks, and scalability.

• Serve as the strategic connector between executive leadership and delivery teams, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and ROI.

• Drive executive communications: status dashboards, steering committee updates, and investment recommendation briefs.

• Anticipate and resolve cross-functional conflicts by balancing short-term execution needs with long-term business goals.

• Embed a culture of continuous improvement and agile transformation, positioning Fractal as a best-in-class SaaS program execution team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in strategic program management, PMO leadership, or portfolio delivery, with at least 5 years in SaaS or enterprise product launches.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach, or equivalent credentials; additional PMP/portfolio management certifications preferred.

• Proven success in managing enterprise-scale product launches and guiding cross-functional teams to success.

• Strong executive presence, able to create and deliver board- and C-level updates with clarity and confidence.

• Expertise with program management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field strongly preferred.

• Self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a passion for building scalable program frameworks.
