A/R Clerk - Chargeback

Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk – Chargeback handles chargeback deductions within SAP.

Essential Job Functions:

• Processing chargeback deductions
• Processing credit & debit memos within SAP
• Researching deductions and analyzing claims back up
• Validating claims against promotions
• Researching and resolving pricing and/or quantity discrepancies
• Communicate with sales force for problem resolution
• File claim disputes and follow up on repayments
• Document claims status
• Data entry
• Additional duties may be added as determined

Position Requirements:

• SAP experience preferred
• Intermediate Excel
• High school diploma is required
• Some college education (especially accounting) preferred
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment in an efficient manner
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communicator, not afraid to ask questions, follow up and problem solve
• Good verbal & written communication skills (Writing sample will be required)
• Good documentation skills
• Must be a team player and willing to assist other team members and various departments
• Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and volume goals (must be results oriented)
• Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize.

Base Pay Range: $22.00hr
