Event Specialist

We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated person to join our team as an Events Specialist!

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:

• Understanding the company’s vision, mission, goals, products, and services to represent the brand’s voice and personality at various events
• Set up product display tables, tents, and promotional items
• Drive traffic into the event space and schedule appointments
• Provide support and on-the-job training to event staff Maintain and communicate inventory status of materials and promotional items
• Assist in tracking event performance metrics and preparing post-event reports

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Marketing, promotion, event management, and/or sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with potential customers and team members
• Excellent time-management, prioritization, planning and organization skills
• Must be willing to work outdoor events during hot, cold, or otherwise adverse weather conditions
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and late nights; work will take place in multiple locations and may require travel Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
