You will work closely with engineers in your team and across the organization to review designs and steer them toward more reliable and sustainable outcomes, making you a force multiplier. You are a great collaborator and coach, and will help to grow engineers in your team. You foster a collaborative working environment and embody our company value of <strong>Join Forces</strong>.<br><br>Join us to work with a passionate, mission-driven group of folks who want to positively impact the lives of first responders and those that they serve.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Build and own the technical roadmap for mission-critical web and desktop applications.</li> <li>Develop robust, reusable, and maintainable code using <strong>React</strong>, <strong>TypeScript</strong>, and modern frameworks.</li> <li>Contribute to cross-platform solutions, including <strong>Electron-based desktop applications</strong>.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design solutions for the team’s biggest technical challenges.</li> <li>Lead engineering architecture and design reviews.</li> <li>Set a high technical bar for the team through code reviews and design feedback.</li> <li>Mentor and grow engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.</li> <li>Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions that delight customers.</li> <li>Improve engineering processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and long-term architectural thinking.</li> <li>Build applications that adhere to high standards of availability and latency in this mission-critical space.</li&gt
