Job Description

• Ensuring succesful transfer and implementation of Customer Master Data projects;
• Supporting Master Data Owner as specialist for migration projects;
• Representing Master Data Owner within migration projects with on-site participation if necessary;
• Assuring project readiness from project phase to daily business go live;
• Providing various migration related trainings (regarding the use of the file, the way of working with the GSA, applicable rules and regulations, etc.);
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the status of the projects, providing regular feedback to Master Data Owner;
• Overseeing/coordinating the capacities for the projects cross all GSA locations;
• Giving final authorization for migration to productive system on behalf of Master Data Owner;
• Monitoring feedback from other departments for various situations and implementing measures to correct any errors;
• Checking and validating the Customer Master Data work instructions from the project view;
• Initiating update of procedures or instructions when necessary;
• Preparing and interpreting reports required by Master Data Owner;
• Implementing other tasks for his/her area of responsibility requested by the direct superior.

Qualifications

• Language: English;
• Experienced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PPT);
• Experienced in SAP;
• Managerial skills;
• Ability to coordinate, to resolve conflicts, crisis situations, ability to work under stress;
• Good organizational skills, able to take decisions;
• Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment;
• Logical thinking, curiosity and analysis abilities;
• Positive attitude;
