In this role, you'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize drug therapy, enhance patient outcomes, and support medication safety initiatives across the organization.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Verify and dispense medications with accuracy and efficiency</li><li>Review patient therapies for safety, appropriateness, and effectiveness</li><li>Monitor anticoagulant therapy and provide clinical recommendations</li><li>Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians</li><li>Promote medication safety and quality improvement initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy</li><li>Current state pharmacist license</li><li>Hospital pharmacy experience preferred</li><li>Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Why join us </strong></p><p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
