Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management from an accredited
• college or university.
• Minimum 10 years project or accounting/finance related experience
• Proficient analytical skills
• Leadership experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
• Organized with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral & written communication skills

Desired Characteristics:

• Additional prior related experience in another project management discipline (scheduling,
• planning, estimating).
• Familiarity with Digital Intelligence operational processes
• Familiarity with Oracle & Financial reporting tools such as Denodo or OBIEE

What will your typical day look like?

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of direct reports in the financial life cycle of projects inclusive but not limited to the following:
  • Development, continual analysis & reporting of project financials.  
  • Lead on-going review of project actuals vs. budget & identify and mitigate deviations from the approved project budgets; escalate as needed.
  • Lead the annual/quarterly financial budgeting processes for projects, inclusive of R&D.
  • Drive analytics to provide data for project headcount reviews.
  • Drive project billings and revenue estimates for financial pacing
  • Provide support to Project Management & Product Management stakeholders.

• Lead monthly/quarterly close activities for projects.
• Lead Program Reviews preparation & assist in driving the respective meetings.
• Drive Process Improvements
• Drive operational rhythm for summation of financial pacing for input to P&L
• Drive Cash Collection process: collaborate with team members to minimize past dues.
