Sr. Quality Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for manufacturing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and records
• Participate in supplier audits and evaluations
• Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in new product introduction and provide quality engineering support
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of solid hands-on experience with design fixtures, tooling etc. but more on working with the internal team and vendors to get them manufactured, assembled, conduct testing, present the manufacturing status, assist team in design changes, if any, recommend the appropriate machining solutions etc.
• Vendor management, supplier quality etc. and with excellent communication skills (oral & written).
