IT Service Delivery Analyst N.A.

Zurich North America is currently looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to support our Infrastructure and Operations Team in 2025. This entry level role will utilize automation on our platform for deployment upgrades and will be located at our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.
 
Additional Responsibilities include:

• Act as an Ansible and DevOps / Automation engineer and Ansible Playbook / Role designer  
• Ansible playbook and role development and testing in non-production and production environments
• Develop Ansible Automation Platform Workflow designs
• Use of Ansible Automation Platform to deploy and run the automation developed
• Own the administration of the Ansible Automation Platform env. 
• Creation of technical documentation

 
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 0 or more years of experience in the information technology area

         OR

• Zurich Cybersecurity Technician Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 0 or more years experience in the information technology area

         OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years experience in the information technology area 

         AND

• MS Office experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Git for Ansible source control
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with the software development life cycle
• Experience with other DevOps platforms and tools - Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, CircleCI, Artifactory
• Strong scripting sills (Bash, Python, Ruby, Go)
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices
• A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to see the big picture, not just the piece you are working on
• Strong working knowledge of windows/Linux platforms.
