Warehouse Associate

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support plant operations at our West Bend, WI location.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
• Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

What Skills You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

What Makes You Stand Out

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience of inventory control or warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and labeling processes
