Warehouse Production Supervisor I
The Warehouse Production Supervisor I position is a vital part of our warehouse leadership staff. You will help coordinate incoming product in a supervisory role, supporting up to 30 direct reports across multiple departments.

• Oversee two production sort lines 
• Oversee auction listing, and performance including revenue and profitability
• Supervise a high paced work environment.
• Adapt to change quickly
• Maintain merchandise / product knowledge

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previously demonstrated supervisory experience in warehouse product sorting including  logistics, distribution, and/or other related supply chain fields
• Have strong leadership skills
• Ability to handle attendant physical workload of job position
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Merchandise / product knowledge
• Retail experience
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, efficient, fluid, and often unpredictable work environment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Forklift Experience / Ability to operate a forklift.
• 2 years warehouse product handling experience preferred

Requirements

Working Conditions:

• Perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking, talking, and hearing
• Ability to properly and safely lift or move material objects up to 50 lbs. in capacity; above 50 lbs. in capacity, assistance via a team lift is highly encouraged and recommended
• Stand, walk, and/or sit for relatively sustained periods of time, on a daily basis
• Expect a 45-50-hour work week
