Your key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver on assigned commercial innovation projects and major innovation projects
- Collaborate with the marketing teams, regulatory and operations to deliver project results
- Provide updates via standing team meetings, tracking action items, driving timelines, documenting progress, and reporting project status
- Identify opportunities to refine and improve i-Health PMO processes, tools and templates
This position is eligible for the DSM Hybrid Working model, spending 2-3 days per week in the Shelton, CT office and the balance of the week in a home office. You must reside in a geography that is commutable via car to Shelton for weekly in-office collaboration days.

You bring
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the CPG industry required
- PMP and/or CAPM certification a plus; MS Project proficiency; SAP a plus
- Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and ability to balance multiple projects/priorities.
- Good business judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to creatively present information and influence others to bring innovation to work process and outcomes.
