Automotive Sales Associate Job Responsibilities


   Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
   Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options
   Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
   Prepare and present purchase options clearly and professionally
   Work with management and the finance team to finalize deals
   Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership procedures
   Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business



Automotive Sales Associate Compensation and Benefits
The Sales Associate (Retail) position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:


    Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, role level, and performance
    Commission compensation, which may be earned based on the value or amount of closed vehicle sales


The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $16.90 to $38.00 per hour. Commission compensation may be $0.00 if no sales are made, with no fixed upper limit other than sales performance. Actual compensation will vary based on job related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Commission compensation is not guaranteed.

  Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Professional appearance and customer focused mindset
    Ability to learn dealership systems, processes, and product knowledge
    Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record


Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
