Be part of a team of highly motivated and like-minded individuals who you can learn from—and who are excited to learn from you too!<br/><br/>We are looking for a <strong>Christmas Helper</strong> to join our Customer Happiness team! This is a<strong> temporary role</strong>, starting at the beginning of November 2025 and ending in February 2026. During this period, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional support to our customers, all while being part of our vibrant and collaborative team.</span></p> <h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3> <ul><li><p>Work full time (38.5 hours/week) and learn from a passionate, motivated, and international team. </p></li><li><p>Be the first point of contact for our customers.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with customers across various support channels, including Zendesk, live chat, review Platforms, and social media.</p></li><li><p>Give and receive constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>You may have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role, based on your performance and the company’s needs.</p></li></ul> <h3>YOUR BAG OF TRICKS</h3> <ul><li><p>You are fluent in English (C1 level) and have full professional proficiency in either German, French, or Italian. Additional languages are a plus. This role involves direct communication with customers, so excellent written and verbal skills in one of these languages are essential.</p></li><li><p>You have a playful and empathetic writing style.</p></li><li><p>You place a strong emphasis on correct grammar and spelling.</p></li><li><p>You are patient, service-oriented, and genuinely enjoy solving problems.</p></li><li><p>You're a strong communicator, comfortable presenting or speaking in front of groups.</p></li><li><p>You work efficiently, know how to prioritize tasks, and consistently meet critical deadlines.</p></li><li><p>You are eligible to work in the EU/Austria.</p></li><li><p>You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city!</p></li></ul> <h3>WHAT WE OFFER</h3> <p><strong>A happy team makes for a happy workplace.
