Junior Structurer Graduate, Alternative Risk Transfer, Latin America

As part of the Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) team the position holder will support the ART Latin America team in origination, structuring and execution of a broad range of Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions for corporate and public entities, reporting to the Head Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions Latin America.

You have a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree with up to 3 years professional experience – we invite you to apply to our graduate programme which officially starts on 1 September 2025.

About the Role: 

Your home base will be Miami with lots of collaboration with our offices in Colombia, Mexico, Brasil, New York and Switzerland with the aim to support us in the following:

 

• Support the ART Latin America team in origination, structuring and execution activities

• Support the Lead Structurer of leading interdisciplinary deal teams including deal monitoring

• Support enhancing our solution offering using data and technology and streamline internal processes

• Support in selling and marketing of ART Solutions together with Customer and Distribution Management (CDM) teams to brokers and customers

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Underwriting, Products, Legal and Finance teams, Brokers, Risk, and Captive Mangers

• Contribute to the aim that SRCS's ART team is known in the market as a consistent and reliable partner for innovative risk and capital management solutions and thought leadership

• In collaboration with CDM, the Underwriting Teams and the Global ART team, contribute to meet financial plan
