Product Manager Intern, Home Team

The Home team’s mission is to empower users to stay on top of and execute on their daily work by providing them easy and quick access to their most important work across Smartsheet. Our areas of focus include the application’s home page, the solution library, suggested content, and the favorites and recents menus.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to a Smartsheet Manager for 12 weeks over the summer months. The rate of pay for this role is $30.00 hourly.

You Will: 

• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback and industry trends to identify strategies and opportunities for improving quick access to important work in Smartsheet across our mobile, web, and desktop applications.
• Partner with UX teammates to define a recommended solution using end-to-end user flows.
• Keep stakeholders and leaders informed and aligned on the customer problem, solution hypothesis, and recommended direction. Collaborate with other Product Managers and Engineering leads to understand how this work fits into development roadmaps.

• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
• This internship requires US work authorization or Legal authorization to work in the United States.
