Daycare Attendant

Reports to: Daycare Director

Hours Available:

Saturday 8am-1pm

Sunday 1pm-4pm

Essential Functions

1. Maintain an environment in the Daycare that is consistent with Club values.
2. Actively engage with the children in Daycare.
3. Change diapers for the children in Daycare, and address other needs.
4. Manage check-in and check-out for children in the Daycare.
5. Accurately charge the members for Daycare services.
6. Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the Daycare area.
7. Greet parents and children as they enter and exit the Daycare.
8. Work effectively and professionally with parents and co-workers.
9. Bring all concerns or problems to the attention of the Daycare Director.
10. Uphold our principle to “Improve the Day.”

Requirements

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years working with children preferred
2. First Aid and CPR Certification preferred.
3. Highly skilled at remaining attentive and focused during chaotic times.
4. Desire to work with diverse groups of children.
5. Exhibit professionalism, patience, self-motivation, high energy, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and good organizational skills.

3.   Free child care through on-site day care

Employees may take advantage of the on-site daycare during regular daycare hours while on the clock. The daycare is for ages one month to four years.
