Delivery Analyst

As a Digital Delivery Analyst, you will receive exposure to all functions and learn the end-to-end mechanics of Acxiom’s business. Daily, you will execute the necessary processes to deliver data products and information to customers. You will analyze customer requirements and ensure that the requirements reflect the actual needs of the customer and advise on potential process improvements and optimum use of data.

● Job Description
As a Digital Delivery Analyst you will work across teams to design, setup, monitor, and validate data distributions across multiple platforms (DMP’s, DSP’s, etc). Ensure workflows meet requirements, service level agreements and security policies. Identify, document, and make necessary workflow changes to meet client requirements. As a Digital Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for consistently delivering, troubleshooting, and executing projects within Data platforms. Day to day, you will be managing multiple projects at a time by analyzing priorities, metrics, and deliverables.

JOB ROLE SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate requirements from multiple stakeholders in order to meet Internal, External or Agency Audience targets and ensure that expectations are properly set for all parties
• Learn 3rd Party tools across multiple digital platforms that allow you to distribute data and monitor desired results in a timely manner
• Validate Audience output requirements according to specifications to ensure zero defects.
• Deliver accurate output information to Internal or External clients and / or their vendors through the appropriate data marketplace or digital platforms
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, established processes and procedures, project requirements and service level agreements/expectations.
• Research, troubleshoot, and lead the resolution of data distribution issues according to client and / or third-party specifications.  This includes advising the team and Agency on necessary solution changes or fixes to implement as well as the actual work to implement/fix.
• Professionally communicate internally and externally with clients and stakeholders as determined by the nature of the discussion.  Leads client meetings as it pertains to solution, research, issues, change management and troubleshooting.  Point of contact to clients for solution components as well.
• Accountable for effective time management to meet deadlines, including taking Initiative to monitor work after hours.
• Continually educates themselves on new Product features, improvements, and releases.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience

• Proficient English Speaking and Writing
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or minimum 2 years relevant industry experience in Information Technology
• Self- motivated that can work well individually and within a diverse team environment
• Effective communicator with great time management skills
• Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
• Attention to detail, important to monitor and audit solution processing services
• USPS Address Standards
• SQL / PL-SQL experience

Preferred Experience

• Working Knowledge of Big Data
• Working Knowledge of Identity Resolution
• PII / Pseudonymous Data 
• GDPR-Privacy Regulations
• Encryption/Decryption (PGP/GPG, SDMS, GIS)
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of Digital Ecosystem
