Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Drive the entire feature delivery lifecycle: research customer/user needs; write user stories; partner with UX where applicable to design and prototype; work with engineering to develop, test, and deliver a marketable product on time; and engage with customer-facing roles to drive market awareness and customer adoption. Work with go-to-market teams, product marketing, sales, services, and enablement teams to build a program that establishes thought leadership in the market. Collaborate with engineering, user experience, documentation, infrastructure, and customer success teams to drive the product lifecycle from concept to customer success. Manage the product roadmap by making tough, tactical prioritization choices while helping the company think long-term.  Build alignment with stakeholders through transparency and partnership. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco.  Some travel to unanticipated locations across the U.S. to customer sites and Salesforce offices is required approx. 50% of the time.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Management, or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Management).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Product Management; (2) Software Systems; (3) Defining Projects; (4) Collecting Requirements; (5) Writing Detailed Functional Specifications; (6) User Experience Designs; (7) Product Planning; (8) Creating product requirements; (9) Development and Implementation of Technical Products; and (10) Coordinating or Managing Cross-Functional Teams. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Some travel to unanticipated locations across the U.S. to customer sites and Salesforce offices is required approx. 50% of the time.

Salary: $273,915.00 - $334,600.00 per annum.
