THE JOB:
As a Lounge Server at Bellagio, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — delivering exceptional beverage service with style and efficiency. From expediting drink orders to keeping the lounge clean and welcoming, you’ll help set the tone for unforgettable moments. This role is all about energy, attention to detail, and creating a polished yet comfortable vibe in one of the most iconic resorts on the Strip

THE STARTING RATE: $14.1037 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies

• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor

• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink

• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified

• Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience as a Cocktail and/or Food Server in a similar environment
