The ABS Integration Services team is seeking a skilled Analyst/Programmer to provide Integration support for Mayo Clinic’s implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and UKG Dimensions as the timekeeping advanced scheduling system. The work unit supports Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Work Force Management.
This position will be expected to develop and support integration code using the following technologies:
- Oracle Cloud Integration (OIC)
- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
- Oracle File-Based Data Import (FBDI)
- Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Oracle HCM Extracts
- Oracle Fast Formulas
- Oracle Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- SQL
- Azure DevOps
Additional nice to have skills:
- UKG Boomi
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Agile Methodologies
- ServiceNow
- Splunk
- Google Apigee
- Cleo Harmony (MFT)
Position requires a high level of analytical skill, ability to manage varied workload on projects, proactiveness, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willing to work in an ambiguous environment. Previous experience as a technical leader is strongly desired. Experience writing and supporting complex database queries is highly valued. Previous experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms and/or UKG Dimensions is preferred but not required.
Position requires membership in 24x7 on call rotation.

This is a fulltime remote position. Incumbent must live within the United States. Mayo Clinic will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position including F1 OPT STEM.
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience;
Or, Associate’s degree and 7 years’ experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience.Applies effective system design principles and software development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to multi-task among multiple complex assigned tasks/projects. Evidence of strong communication, meeting management, and organizational skills and ability to adjust the message as appropriate to the audiences of varying technical capabilities. Evidence of project management skills. Possesses an objective and positive attitude with all tasks and projects. Possesses a high level of project and deliverable consistency through demonstrated repeatable and reliable performance. Evidence of ability to take initiative and proactive on starting tasks and assignments and ability to work independently. Experience working in healthcare technology. Exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied applications. Masters degree in applicable field preferred.
