  • Creates deliverables independently or through the CTMS Financial Data Operations Team.

  • Analyzes current or potential business processes and reviews existing information systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and works with other analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.

  • Ability to multi-task, given various assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks.

  • Take ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals.

  • Performs detailed analysis and evaluations on current/future state and documents conclusions and recommendations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Elicits and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirements related to CTMS.

  • Creates deliverables independently or through the CTMS Financial Data Operations Team.

  • Analyzes current or potential business processes and reviews existing information systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develops maps and flowcharts of business processes (current and future state) for L-SCRI and L-USOR as related to CTMS functions.

  • Designs and implements reports, maps/flowcharts, and screen layouts to improve business processes and workflow.

  • Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and works with other analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.

  • Ability to multi-task, given various assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks.

  • Take ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals.

  • Performs detailed analysis and evaluations on current/future state and documents conclusions and recommendations.

  • Works with all departments throughout the CTMS life cycle to ensure project dates are met and ensures timely completion of BA deliverables.

  • Be a resource to internal groups for any financial rate related questions regarding the build within the Clinical Trial Management System for L-SCRI or L-USOR.

  • Onboard CTMS Coordinators with up to date training materials and reference guides, while scheduling interdepartmental impact meeting.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the BA role

  • Knowledge of the financial accounting process

  • Knowledge of accounting information systems

  • Knowledge of valuations and financial modeling

  • Knowledge of clinical trial budgets and working in the Clinical Trial Management System
