Our Lead Financial Analysts oversees, maintains, and continuously improves the business intelligence and logic of the AT&T SCORE allocation engine. It requires a highly analytical and self-motivated candidate comfortable with working across multiple organizations as well as skip-level management. The primary duties of this role include creating and updating allocation rules within our PCMCS allocation tool, supporting the close and budgeting processes, perform analysis, reporting, ad hoc requests, research, and special projects. Additionally, this position will identify partners, manage ongoing relationships, and feel comfortable making suggestions and recommendations. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Leverages business intelligence and knowledge to create and update allocation rules/rulesets
• Ensures the appropriate level of accuracy in the allocations
• Anticipates needs of the business and updates system logic in line with controls and materiality guidelines
• Support the month-end close process by ensuring financial integrity in all output formats through monthly validations and ad hoc journal entries
• Support the budget process, data restatements and performs what-if/scenario analysis
• Support standardized dashboards, collaborates effectively and is the allocation SME for SCORE business partners
• Knowledgeable of AT&T financial systems and close processes
• Conducts highly complex work, analysis, ad hoc requests, and special projects with minimal supervision.
Skills/Experience:
· 3+ years of financial reporting, analysis, budget process, profitability, and cost management experience
· CPA/MBA a plus
· PowerBI / Dashboard tools and OAC experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Leadership skills

· Financial and Accounting Systems
· Financial Reporting
· Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
· Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Power point, Oracle Cloud, PCMCS and Smartview experience
· Technical skills with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus
Education: Typically a bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Typically requires 5-7 years' experience.
Supervisory: No.
Location: This position is in Dallas, TX, and will be required to come into the office at least 3 days per week subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Our Lead Financial Analysts earn between $118,800 – $178,200 of Target Salary Range. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
