The Corporate PMO is a strategic function that enables enterprise decision-making, ensures alignment between business strategy and program investments, and equips delivery teams with standards, tools, and insights to achieve predictable and efficient outcomes.

As Director - Corporate PMO, you will lead a team responsible for portfolio governance, standards and enablement, and operational excellence across Marvell’s global programs. This role is pivotal in driving transparency, consistency, and agility at hyperscale speed—reinforcing frameworks, building PM capability, and enabling innovation through streamlined processes and automation.

What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities

  • Align program investments with business strategy through structured frameworks and provide portfolio-level insights and dashboards to inform enterprise decisions.
  • Monitor project health, risks, and trends across the portfolio to drive transparency and early warnings, facilitating cross-functional reviews for visibility and action.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, templates, and tools for consistent delivery across Business Units, while offering training, coaching, and best practices to build PM capability.
  • Maintain lightweight processes that support—not burden—delivery teams and streamline review processes to ensure decision-oriented content and accountability.
  • Drive efficiency through automation, centralized scheduling, and data integrity; reinforce frameworks and documentation while enabling customization for diverse engagements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive management, providing insights for enterprise-level decision-making; foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and results across PM and engineering teams.
  • Champion innovation, collaboration, and consolidation to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

What You Can Expect

  • Shape and execute the Corporate PMO charter, balancing strategic portfolio management with standards and enablement.
  • Drive transformation initiatives that improve review rigor, governance, and enterprise-level decision-making.
  • Partner with executive leadership, Business Unit PMOs, and engineering stakeholders to deliver industry-best execution across schedule, quality, and cost.
  • Build a world-class PMO culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of program/project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a technology or semiconductor environment.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-level PMO functions, including portfolio governance and standards development.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills—able to influence at all levels.
  • Expertise in risk management, process optimization, and change leadership.
  • Experience implementing PM tools, dashboards, and automation for efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

178,000 - 263,400, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
