Responsibilities

50% Completing Debit, Credit, and Gift Card Settlement

20%General Leger Reporting

10% Exception Item Processing

20%Branch/Operations/Member Support

Cardholder Services, Debit Card Systems, Credit Card Systems, Cardholder Disputes, Card Fraud, Accounting, Account Balancing, Branch/MSS employees, ATM Services

External and Vendor Relationships:

Visa DPS, Visa, Fiserv(FDR), Velera

Qualifications

Required Education

HS Diploma or GED     

☒ Additional two years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree

Required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of GAAP-General Accepted Accounting Principles and General Ledger Reporting. Establish an understanding for various financial operations systems, used in balancing, settlement, and reportingBasic understanding of products and services offered by SECU.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to translate and collate data into pre-established templates for reporting purposes.
