Job Description

Background.

 

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Policy Management Analyst to join our team and support our Federal Government Customer. The analyst will provide support to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Professional Technical and Medical Staffing Support Services contract to provide logistics, management, analytic and procurement staffing support services.

 

The Stakeholder Policy Management Analyst will have experience working with Senior Leadership and Federal/Civilian Agencies and or Military Services. Contract Place of Performance is Remote.

 

Job Description.

 

  • Supports the coordination of special events and programs for ASPR. These may include high profile meetings between ASPR leadership and key stakeholders, listening sessions, events with field organizations, internal and external business meetings, receptions, workshops, conferences, and ceremonies.
  • Supports the coordination of personnel, commercial vendors, and contractors in order to implement special events and programs.
  • Plans, oversees, executes, and facilitates all logistical aspects of special events.
  • Supports events from concept through execution, helping to ensure all timelines are met.
  • Serves as the ASPR focal point for the coordination and execution of information booths at conferences and events.
  • Supports the development of all required documentation for organizational participation in local, state, Federal/national and international conferences.
  • Provides support across the organization in the development and design of event materials such as invitations, programs, and briefing materials.
  • Develops strategic plans to publicize events and target appropriate audiences.
  • Supports the coordination of logistical details of events, such as venue selection, event registration, audio visual technical assistance, etc., as well as onsite execution and postevent analysis.
  • Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of stakeholder outreach and associated programs among national health care and medical organizations and associations, advocacy groups, civic groups, academia, think tanks, military and veteran service organizations, industry, and non- traditional groups.
  • Maintain awareness of program priorities to effectively identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, to include federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial agencies.
  • Maintain awareness of and communicate the special interests and concerns of both internal and external stakeholders through gathering detailed information to support the drafting of recommendations to improve communications, mitigate challenges and miscommunications, and foster support for program efforts.
  • Manage the coordination of meetings, forums, community meetings, seminars/webinars, and other special engagements, to include logistics, identification of program representatives, preparation of representatives, and the development talking points and presentation materials.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve tracking systems for all external engagements.
  • Support the maintenance of relationships across organizations with shared equity through leveraging influencer-focused programs by sharing key messages and advancing the program’s outreach footprint.
  • Support the development, execution, and assessment of stakeholder outreach plans and campaigns aligned with program, ASPR, Department and White House broader strategies. Assessment will include analysis of impact on audiences.
  • Support the coordination of special events and programs for HHS. These may include high profile meetings between ASPR, Departmental and White House leadership and key stakeholders, listening sessions, events with field organizations and external stakeholders, internal and external business meetings, receptions, workshops, conferences, and ceremonies.
