Job Summary

The Sr Manager Business Execution – Group Retiree Solutions will be involved in the following:
Represent Vice President at cross-company Medicare Governance Council and present strategic plan, priorities and updates. Deliver Group Medicare quarterly reports and updates for Board of Directors and sub-committees. Lead end-to-end new sale & renewal process, governing policies and execution of change management. Create and manage comprehensive product portfolio and training document for cross company review. Create and oversee the full analytic and report data pack, automate dashboards for immediate report viewing for all leadership inclusive of forecast review. Prepare internal and external material and present to the SVP and President on plan design, service design and customer risks. Manage and oversee financial data and timely payout of client incentives such as Implementation Credit Program and Performance Guarantee Offering. Partner with IT, Operations and Customer Service to successfully position offerings/capabilities, performance standards and identify gaps and assess current processes to ensure efficient sales and renewals to generate and retain business. Enhance current CRM capabilities, secure funding and appropriately manage across multiple enhancement needs to support communications, reporting and mobile access. Manage a staff of seven.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelors with 8 – 10 years of experience in Business Execution
• 5+ years in analytics and reporting experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong listener and problem-solver
• Expert engagement and communication skills with proven ability to create clear, concise and tactful messages
• Strong business acumen
• Efficient collaboration and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively and influence people at all levels in the organization; experience working with senior leadership
• Strong financial management skills and experience in managing project budgets
• Strong understanding of business operations and sales support functions
• Expert experience with Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Service Now
• CRM (Salesforce)
• Business experience with Sales Portals, Dashboard, and Tools (RSC, RPP, & BAP)
• Ability to create compelling visuals and narratives from dense data

This is a Flex role (3 days in office / 2 days remote weekly).

Base Pay Range

$88,700.00 - $160,200.00
