The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking to hire qualified candidates with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative thinking, problem solving environment. This position serves as a Front End Development Analyst performing difficult and specialized professional work in IT web applications services. In this role you will coordinate, conduct, plan, analyze, evaluate designs, develop, test, document, implement, and maintain average complexity applications/websites on-site and at user facilities using designated software/programming language for the database design, program design, and the supplied support tools for testing the new application/processes while utilizing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In addition you will serve as a project lead on average complexity projects, across multiple agencies and locations and serve as a developer on smaller projects/assignments. This position also serves as a team member participating in the evaluation of new application/website requests and related technology to anticipate the probable impact on future and current information systems.
