•       Ability to independently resolve issues that may arise and ask for assistance as required
•       Ability to work on a team
•       Dependability and reliability/ Must work weekends and evenings
•       Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and multitask
•       Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
•       Ability to move objects weighing 20-50 pounds 
•       Valid driver’s license a plus
