S&OP + Demand - Oracle Manager

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

• Design and architect scalable solutions using the Oracle Cloud platform
• Actively participate in functional design alongside other functional teams and business stakeholders
• Develop detailed functional specifications
• Identify risks, confirm their validity, and devise strategies to mitigate them
• Clearly translate and communicate business requirements to the business using story-based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executives
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards. 

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Sales and Operation Planning and Demand
• Extensive hands-on experience with demand, supply, and financial planning processes
• Proven project management, project delivery, and hands-on experience in transformation projects across industries
• Served as a Cloud Functional Lead on multiple global implementations
• Proven experience in integrated planning processes to align demand, supply, and financial planning across different industries, but in special with high-tech companies
• Significant experience in strategic and tactical planning
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Live near or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
