Cornelis Networks is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to support the hiring efforts of our GTM hiring strategy with overlay into engineering and technical teams. This role requires a strategic partner who can identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent across a range of complex, specialized roles — from Sales Account Management, Solutions Engineering through ASIC design and verification engineers to manufacturing, systems, and R&D professionals.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and GTM teams to deliver exceptional candidate experience and meet our high hiring standards in a competitive, fast-paced industry at the intersection of AI and HPC.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruiting process for GTM and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent across sales, field engineering, and semiconductor engineering disciplines (IC design, systems validation, R&D).
- Hiring Partnership: Act as a consultative advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent strategies with business goals, defining ideal candidate profiles, and ensuring hiring excellence across functions.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and personalized experience that reflects our values and culture throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage ATS and analytics to track pipeline health, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights to hiring teams and leadership.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on semiconductor industry trends, GTM hiring benchmarks, and emerging AI/HPC talent markets to guide competitive hiring decisions.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate on employer brand initiatives to elevate our visibility in key markets through events, digital campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring for both GTM (sales, pre-sales, field engineering, customer success) and technical (engineering, R&D, manufacturing) roles.
- 3+ years managing strategic sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill or specialized technical and commercial roles, leveraging CRM, AI, and data-driven recruiting tools.
- Proven ability to influence and advise hiring teams, define recruiting priorities in ambiguous environments, and drive timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Experience using ATS
platforms (BambooHR preferred) and sourcing tools to manage and report recruitment data effectively. - Working knowledge of equity-based compensation and competitive market analysis in technical and GTM talent spaces.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and process automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success recruiting within high-growth startups, ideally in semiconductor, hardware, or deep tech sectors.
- Comfort recruiting for GTM roles where product, engineering, and customer-facing functions intersect.
- Familiarity with semiconductor technologies (SoC design, verification, fabrication, EDA tools, embedded hardware/software).
- Understanding of both U.S. hiring (e.g., OFCCP) and global hiring compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field preferred—or equivalent experience.
