SALARY RANGE: $130,575 -190,828 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
Nokia of America Corporation, Senior NPI Support Engineer (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. Perform testing to validate end-to-end Radio Access Network (RAN) product behavior in LTE and 5G, reproduction of issues, and single call functionality. Perform end-to-end testing, system integration and verification of software in the lab and field test network. Perform early integration, troubleshoot, and preparation for market introduction demos and trials. Interpret internal/external business requirements and recommend best practices. Write test cases and other guiding documentation for supporting system level test and market introduction activities. Open and solve trouble tickets for product defects found during testing. Support customer demo, build demo use cases and end-to end demo systems. #LI-DNI
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience, OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: End-to-end system integration, verification of software, and automation enhancements; Kubernetes; Openstack, AWS or MS Azure; Control and UserPlane; Competence Development and CoDe delivery.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 30%.
Travel to various international locations required up to 20%.
