Bilingual Digital (Outbound) Sales Associate - Remote (Start Date: 2/2/26) (Spanish/English)

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 11:00am- 7:30pm Central Time (CST) or 2:30pm-11pm, one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Handle leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule installations
• Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
• Maintain minimum quality expectations
• Timely follow up on active prospect list
• Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance.
• Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
• No Cold Calling
• All other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Remote work experience preferred but not required
• Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3+ years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ wpm
• Comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs
• Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
• Strong motivation and desire to control own income
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
