Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 20‑year‑old male child. 🩺 What You'll Do
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Perform g-tube care/feedings
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care
✅ What You'll Need
- Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
