Pay: $55k-$65k/yr with up to 25% Monthly Bonus Potential

Store Manager Duties:

• Lead all Store Operations and report to District Manager
• Build made-to-order salads and other menu items
• Ensure store meets its objective- including development, quality, safety, speed, labor, and accuracy goals
• Provide great guest experiences with both walk-up and drive-thru orders
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-centered environment
• Come to work with an energetic, ready-to-work attitude

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 2+ years of previous General Manager experience; drive-thru experience preferred
• Food Handlers Certification
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results driven and team oriented
