<p><strong>What You Get to Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Work and assist on between 15-20 projects per month with minimum supervision.</span></li>
<li><span>Conduct and complete site inspections and reports including photographs.</span></li>
<li><span>Prepare and undertake periodic reviews of progress claim reports, including submitting invoices, valuation of changes, analysis of progress on site and recommendation of loan advances.</span></li>
<li><span>Prepare budget reviews through detailed analysis of development proposals with comprehensive knowledge of typical Lender’s requirements and terms of engagement.</span></li>
<li><span>Establish spatial analysis for a sector of buildings.</span></li>
<li><span>Be aware of market intelligence and market rates for construction as well as different procurement routes and contracts in the marketplace.</span></li>
<li><span>Understand specialist consultant reports and impact on development proposals.</span></li>
<li><span>Provide coaching and guidance to junior level team members as designated, including the introduction to site visits.</span></li>
<li><span>Networks occasionally promoting the business, cross-selling and building new contacts and enhancing client relationships</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Minimum 5 to 10 years of related experience;</span></li>
<li><span>University Degree or equivalent to any of the following: Architectural Building Technology, Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Construction Engineering or Project Management.</span></li>
<li><span>Having sector experience in residential, commercial or industrial projects is considered a strong asset. </span></li>
<li><span>Working towards a relevant professional qualification or professional qualification obtained: PQS and/or MRICS.</span></li>
<li><span>Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs.</span></li>
<li><span>Good analytical and interpersonal skills combined with sound judgment and initiative.</span></li>
<li><span>Responsive to internal and external stakeholder requests.</span></li>
<li><span>Self-motivated with good organizational, communication and report writing skills.</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to work in a team environment and ability to work to own initiatives.</span></li>
<li><span>Demonstrates attention to detail to produce quality work with good time management.</span></li>
<li><span>Hold a valid drivers license. </span></li>
</ul>
