Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative candidate to join Sandisk's Global Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to optimize our production processes, enhance supply chain efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to ensure demand-supply alignment
  • Drive supply chain strategies to balance optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and address material and capacity constraints
  • Analyze and drive actions to optimize memory consumption to best meet overall revenue targets
  • Serve as a key liaison between various stakeholders, including Business Units, Fab Operations, Product Planning, Inventory Planning
  • Drive data-driven decision-making processes using advanced analytical tools and techniques
  • Spearhead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management; or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in supply chain management and production planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Planning Systems such as i2 / Blue Yonder and SAP
  • Strong understanding of supply chain best practices

SKILLS:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizations
  • Extensive data analytical skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
