Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business goals within Stream. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development across assigned client groups.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR matters including workforce strategies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Partner with the HR teams Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development) to implement enterprise programs to ensure adoption within the business.
- Advise and coach business leaders on workforce strategies, organizational planning, leadership development and talent priorities aligned with business goals.
- Use talent and workforce insights to guide decisions on hiring, succession, performance, engagement, and capability building.
- Partner with leaders on strategic talent planning, including broker hiring strategies, operations workforce needs, and market growth.
- Support organizational effectiveness, including role clarity, team alignment, and change management related to evolving business needs.
- Champion Stream’s culture and values, promoting an environment of high performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Advise on complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, ensuring compliance and alignment with Stream standards.
- Leverage HR processes and analytics to inform decisions and enable business outcomes.
- Support leader readiness for HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational reviews.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, especially in real estate-heavy markets.
- Provide occasional onsite HR support for regional offices, including travel as needed about 15%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, with some experience in commercial real estate requ
