Job Summary:

The Department of Psychiatry Procurement Team is a critical function for the staff and faculty. Working on this team will give you an up-close view of the work and the structure of this varied and expansive department. The financial structures are complex and challenging, offering dynamic problem-solving opportunities. This is a position that is key to the smooth functioning of the department. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the procurement ticketing system for faculty and department procurement and reimbursement. Consistently update and improve the tracking systems.
• Develop and deliver training and process materials for faculty and staff on procurement rules and responsibilities.
• Oversee and train departmental Approving Official for those with procurement and travel cards
• Process tickets submitted to the Procurement Team
• Work with DOP Finance team to ensure appropriate balances for all faculty professional development funds and other special funding sources.
• Responsible for liaising with appropriate CU and CU Medicine procurement approvers to assist units as needed with travel, general requests, contracts, and Marketplace procurement.
• Other duties as assigned

Work Location:

Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
