Job Description

BryceTech is currently looking for a Junior Management Analyst. This position will be supporting senior ASPR clients with a variety of needs to include development of continuity plans and procedures in accordance with the HHS Continuity of Operations Program Policy and applicable federal directives and guidelines

  • Assists with updates to HHS Continuity Policy, HHS and ASPR Continuity of Operations Plans, HHS Multi-Year Strategy and Program Management Plan, and related documentation 
  • Assists with the creation, scheduling, and facilitation of office calls and workshops to gather information to support test, training, and exercise needs and related updates to the HHS Continuity Policy, HHS Continuity Framework, and ASPR Continuity of Operations plans. Identify strengths and best practices, potential areas for further improvement, gaps to address and provide recommendations.  
  • Support the creation of tools and templates to facilitate HQ and regional continuity planning efforts
  • Support the planning and execution of continuity working group meetings, to include maintaining needed distribution lists and points of contact roster. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree is required in relevant field (Life Sciences and/or Management and Business). 
  • 2-4 years experience 
  • Experience studying, interpreting, developing and implementing new admin directives, related to personnel matters
