The Higher Education Coordinating Commission’s Office of Student Access and Completion is seeking a Grants, Loans, and Program Manager 1 to help lead programs that expand educational opportunity across Oregon. If you're ready to make an impact and support students statewide, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time limited duration/job rotation opportunity that is expected to last through 6/30/28 and may become permanent. This position is headquartered at HECC’s Salem Office and is not represented by the union. This position is required to either possess and maintain a valid driver's license by the state of residence or provide an acceptable mode of alternative transportation, in order to travel to required training and meetings.The successful candidate may be eligible for in-state hybrid work, which consists of performing duties onsite in a standard office environment and working remotely.  Currently OSAC has a 1 day in office minimum requirement.
