Electronic Eligibility Data Analyst

Build the future! Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is looking for a permanent, full-time Data Analyst to join our eligibility analysis team. Local candidates preferred. Hybrid schedule: 2 days/week onsite. Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
• Do research and seek out/establish/maintain eligibility connections.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document best practices, standards, and tool usage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree a plus 
• Proficiency writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is a plus
• Understanding of ANSI 270/271 is a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement is a plus
• Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Capable of solving complex problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
