Coordinator B-01Job Description Summary
This is a part-time position (between 17.5 and 34 hours per week), contingent on grant/gift funding, typically 20-30 hours/week. The Innovation Project Coordinator will work with the Penn Nursing Innovation Team and manage multiple innovation and entrepreneurship programs. This position will work on projects related to human-centered design, design thinking and equity-centered design. This position will also coordinate entrepreneurial programs including the Penn Nursing Innovation Accelerator and the Amplify Nursing podcast. The Innovation Project Coordinator will assist with the development, planning and implementing of innovation programs, as well as website maintenance, outreach and social media engagement.Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the planning and implementation of Penn Nursing Innovation projects
Manage the Penn Nursing Innovation Accelerator program
Develop and assist with the Amplify Nursing podcast
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, and 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of experience preferred.
